Marcia L. Nolan-Malsack

Marcia received her law degree from WSU, San Diego. For the past 17 years she has worked as a professional business and family mediator as well as trainer and management consultant in the field of conflict resolution. She taught college business and communication and is a former Law School professor.

Marcia has sat on a large number of professional and community boards utilizing her skills as a problem solver and peacemaker. She is past chair of an ABA committee on Law and Psychiatry.

She is the author of major California legislation concerning children’s rights.Marcia has served on the board of MCAFM for 7 years and is Vice-president and President elect for 2010.

Garland has worked in the debt relief industry for many years. He is a mediator and is certified as a Debt Specialist by the IAPDA. Garland got his start in the financial industry working for the oldest Municipal Bond firm on the West Coast. He went on to open a financial advisory firm that Entrepreneur Magazine called "one of the hottest new business ideas in America," and was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 1989.

Garland has been broadcast coast-to-coast on National Public Radio providing valuable financial information to millions of hard working Americans. He is the author of the best selling book, "If Your Broker's so Smart, Why Aren't you Rich?" 

Garland is also a member of the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators.

Dr. Terri Robinett, PhD.

Terri has earned two masters degrees and a doctorate in psychology. She has also worked as an organizational psychologist for many Fortune 100 companies including Xerox, Sun Sun Microsystems, and SAP America.

Terri is a successful performance consultant and executive coach as well as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix.
